- EVERYONE COUNTS
Learn about the 2010 Census. Its important because the more people counted the higher Everett’s State Aid to Public Libraries will be. State contributions to schools and other programs also depend on population. So, please look for your census form and return it. We will have more information about the census in coming weeks. - RECOVERY INFO
Massachusetts has a special website for information on economic stimulus and recovery at www.Mass.gov/recovery. The federal government has put up www.recovery.gov. Please click on the title “Recovery Info” to follow these links. - COPY AT THE PARLIN
The new copier at the Parlin Library makes good, crisp copies for $.10 per page. It takes dimes and makes change for coins and $1 & $5 bills. The copier is located on the upper level. - CARTRIDGE RECYCLING BENEFITS LIBRARIES
Next time you change your inkjet cartridge, don’t throw the old one away - bring it to the library and drop it in the cartridge recycle box. The Friends of the Everett Libraries will turn it into cash for the Libraries.
